Amarillo Showers - Noble Ale Works

Anaheim, California - Imperial/Double IPA - 8.8% ABV - This tasteful DIPA poured a clear, straw orange color with a frothy white head. Distinct aromas of lemon peel, herbaceous spices, oranges, and sweet malts come together beautifully on the nose. The mouth featured a hop-forward profile with flavors of oranges, jasmine flowers, a hint of grapefruit, undertones of spice, while having a back-end of sweet malts to balance everything out nicely. The mouth-feel is medium-plus, with a finish that makes you want more. This was such a solid release by Noble Ale Works that I had to pick up three of these. Cheers! 9.1/10
