![]() Krebs, Oklahoma - Imperial Stout - 13.00% ABV - Bible Belt poured an opaque black color with a fluffy brown head that leaves excellent lacing on the glass. The nose featured distinct aromas of cocoa nibs, robust coffee, vanilla bean, chili peppers, and sweet molasses. The mouth was solid; dessert like flavors of espresso, dark chocolate, vanilla, and toasted caramel burst in your mouth up front, while having undertones of chili peppers on the back end that leave a warming sensation on the throat. Bible Belt has a medium-plus bodied mouthfeel, with a long finish that coats the palate wonderfully. Thank you to my man @dcsquared for this delicious brew along with the Prairie Bomb! I love Prairie, cheers! 9.7/10
