![]() Santa Rosa, California - IPA - 6.1% ABV - This savory IPA poured a golden copper color with a beautiful, fluffy white head. Intense aromas of resinous pine, freshly squeezed lemon, light grapefruit, and caramel malts come together nicely to create a beautiful bouquet on the nose. The mouth was great; featured flavors of hops and bitterness are up front, followed by a sweet citrus taste, then ending with caramel malts that balances everything out. Blind Pig has a medium-light body, with a balanced, crisp finish that keeps you wanting more. This brew is certainly one of my favorite single IPAs. Cheers! 9.8/10
