![]() Petaluma, California - Imperial Stout - 9.2% ABV - Pictured on the left was my attempt at a stout float, however, it wasn't what I was hoping for. If you use mostly ice-cream for this float, it'll still be enjoyable. On the right is the Cappuccino Stout. It poured a sleek black color with a tan head. The nose had strong aromas of coffee and roasted malts on the front, with an undertone of some chocolate, wood, and floral notes. The mouth was smooth and had a creamy feel while having coffee, cocoa, and woody-floral flavors. Overall this beer was good, but it wasn't my favorite coffee-infused stout. 3.8/5
