![]() Placentia, California - Berliner Weissbier - 3.10% ABV - This tart beer poured a murky, golden straw color with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Tart aromas of wheat, white vinegar, and pungent fruit undertones come together nicely. The mouth featured puckering flavors of funky wheat, lemon peel, tart apples, and earth-like grains. Hottenroth has a light bodied mouthfeel, with a crisp, sour finish that goes well with any occasion. I recommend this light and tart beer to all: it also went well with the berries. Cheers! 8.8/10
