![]() St. Louis, Missouri - Pale Wheat Ale - 28 IBU - 5.00% ABV - This tasteful brew poured a hazy, golden orange color with a white fluffy head that left excellent lacing. The nose featured an orange and lemon grass front, with undertones of citrus peel and bitter malts. The mouth was great; flavors of freshly cut oranges, grapefruit peel, grass, and a hint of sweet grains come together nicely to create a cohesive flavor. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with a clean and crisp finish that leaves the palate feeling refreshed. This was certainly a solid choice, in which I recommend to all of the citrus lovers out there. 8.6/10

![]() San Diego, California - Pale Wheat Ale - 4.8% ABV - This very sessionable brew poured a clear, golden straw color with a fluffy white head. Hoppy aromas of grapefruit and mango are big up front, with undertones of tangerine, lemon zest, and biscuity malts on the back end. The mouth is quite tasty; flavors of passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, and tangerines are prevalent throughout this beer, with hints of pineapple and sugary sweetness. The mouth feel is light, which brings a flavorful, clean and crisp finish. Happy St. Patrick's Day and cheers to another great brew from Modern Times. 8.6/10 |
