![]() Placentia, California - American Wild Ale - 5.10% - This raspberry sour poured a clear, bright ruby red color with a pinkish-white head that dissipates quickly. The nose featured raspberry tartness upfront, with white vinegar and rose water undertones on the back end. The mouth was very tart, but was cut with the sweetness of the raspberries; it tasted like a raspberry vinaigrette, with a slight funk. BeRazzled had a light bodied mouthfeel with a crisp, effervescent finish. Overall, this was a solid sour in which the raspberries and the tartness blend together flawlessly. 9.1/10
