Sanctification - Russian River Brewing Company

Picture
Santa Rosa, California - American Wild Blonde Ale - 6.75% ABV - This sour poured cloudy golden yellow color with a very effervescent head. Aromas of funky yeast, green apples, lemon zest, and tart peach come together beautifully on the nose. The mouth featured flavors of funky yeast, sour orange, tart lemon, hints of grape, truffle, and woody-oak notes. The brew has medium-plus carbonation and is as smooth as a sour can be - Sanctification was wildly delicious. 4.7/5

They are my favorite too! I have Supplication at home waiting for me. I can't wait to crack that one open. We should have a sour together!
