![]() Anaheim, California - Imperial/Double IPA - 8.8% ABV - This DIPA poured a clear golden straw color, with a fluffy white head. The nose featured aromas of grapefruit peel, ripe pineapple, resinous pine, lemongrass, and sweet malts that come together subtly, yet beautifully. The mouth was fantastic; tropical fruit flavors bursted in your mouth- it had flavors of pineapple, bitter grapefruit, and guava, while having undertones of sweet malts and a hint of booze. The mouthfeel was medium, with a crisp, long finish. Those hops certainly coat the palate well; I can still taste this brew, and it has been 15 minutes since my last sip. Cheers to another solid Double IPA from Noble Ale Works! 9.2/10
