![]() Santa Rosa, California - American Wild Ale (Sour) - 7.0% ABV - This tasteful sour poured a cloudy, red peach color with an off white head that had a pinkish hue. The nose featured aromas of oaky vanilla, tart cherries, Pinot Noir, and dark funky fruits. The mouth was exquisite- flavors of sour grapes, ripe cherries, vanilla, oak, and funky black currants create a cohesive flavor that blew me away. The mouthfeel was light with an effervescent, long finish. I highly recommend this sour to anyone who can get their hands on it, it was truly a treat. Cheers, to my sister getting married- I was saving this one just for the occasion. 10/10
